We answer below the questions you have asked us or that we read on the various communication channels.

1. How to register on the Arriva portal

You can register on the Arriva Italia portal by clicking “Login” at the top right and then on “New User”. Fill in the required fields and finally click “Save”. The data can be subsequently modified, once the registration procedure is complete, by logging in to your profile. A registration confirmation email will arrive at the entered e-mail address. Clicking on the confirmation link will open the portal arrives with the verification code inserted automatically. Click “Verify Code” to complete the registration.

2. What does it mean to register with the Facebook profile

To avoid having to remember multiple accounts and thus avoid forgetting the password, the Arriva Italia portal offers the user the possibility to register through the Facebook profile, if already present.

4. How to change your password

To change the password for your account, access the user profile section by clicking on the name that appears at the top right. In the green box click on “Password” and fill in the required fields (current password and new password). Click “Save” to confirm the change.

5. What to do in case of forgotten password

If the password has been forgotten, click on the item at the top right “Login” and then “Forgot password”. You will be asked to enter the e-mail address to which the new password message will be sent. Follow the wizard.

6. What to do if you change your e-mail address

To change your e-mail address, access the user profile section by clicking on the name that appears at the top right. In the window that opens, in the “E-mail address” field, enter the new address and save the changes. An email is sent to this address to confirm the change made. Follow the wizard.

Find the contacts of the companies of the Arriva Group in the “Contacts” menu or footer. You can always search by entering a query into the search hole.

To search for a route / timetable / you can use the travel planner, entering the place of departure, destination and travel time. The search will make the route options as a result.

Click on the “Press Area” item on the main menu to read the latest press releases.

4. Where to find the Privacy policy

The privacy policy can be viewed and downloaded in the “Policy” section of the footer.

5. How to make a report / complaint / suggestion

Fill in the form in the menu voice you’ll find under “Assistance”.

6. How to send the Curriculum Vitae to the company concerned

To send an application, enter the “Work with us” page under the heading and choose the application to which you want to send the CV by selecting the link.

7. Where to find the documents / timetables / forms to be printed

You’ll find documents in the “Documents and Forms” voice under the “Assistance” menu voice.

8. Procedure to be followed for Lost Properties
